Nyack to Bear Mt Bridge - [bhvr3a]: 
Nice views of the Hudson River, but also lots of unavoidable high-speed vehicle traffic. Bear Mt Bridge to Ossining with scenic options - [bhvr3b]: 
From the Bear Mountain Bridge south thru Peekskill to Ossining along the east side of the Hudson River. Route tries to find many river views, so it has many turns and extra distance -- but most of these are optional -- it's usually pretty obvious how to skip one of the viewpoints. How we rode down the East side of the River in 2009 -- visiting pretty views of the Hudson river on the way south thru Westchester county.
