Report on using North County Trailway + roads

I got off a Metro North train with my bike at Pleasantville station.  From there I went east for a couple of blocks on Bedford Rd.  That was pretty tight and I actually walked my bike on the sidewalk (I was tired after lots of riding before my train ride). Once I turned Left onto Rt 117 and started riding West, the road was wider and I liked it much better. After going over the hill I crossed the Taconic and Rt 9A and reached the North County Trail access ramps, less than a mile and a half total.
